We Belong in the Zoo! (Or Maybe we are the zoo!)

There are many days that I truly feel that I live in a zoo. Kids are running everywhere, screaming, toys are scattered all through the house and three dogs are barking like crazy. Most the time it just makes me smile, but sometimes it really does get the best of me. One of the things that we love to do with the kids to keep them occupied is to take them to the zoo. They absolutely love animals (so much so that the girls are having a petting zoo for their birthday) and love going to the zoo.

Of course, we couldn't go to the zoo without at least one child throwing a fit. It was Addison who I caught on camera throwing a fit today.

They had to play on every statue they came to.

My mom decided she couldn't miss out on the fun, so she joined the kids!

The gorilla, if I remember correctly she is 47 years old!

The kids loved feeding the giraffes $5.00 (my mom won't let me forget the cost) lettuce!

We had such a great time at the zoo and can't wait to go again!
