A Typical Saturday

Every other Saturday Jason has to work and so I spend the first part of the day by myself with the kids. We have a great time playing, reading and just having fun. Here are some of the pictures from this past Saturday:

I seriously thought I lost Addison this weekend. After yelling for her, checking outside because I thought she climbed out the dog door, and checking the garage because I thought she learned how to open the door, I finally found her! Look where that little stinker was hiding. (Yes, that is her brother's toy box.)

Here is Isaiah pretending to be a pirate.

And of course, Katelyn was just as quiet as can be playing with her toys.

I hope your Saturdays are filled with as much fun and entertainment as mine!

My Little Girl is Growing Up!

It is hard to believe that my little girl turns 10 months old this week. Not only that but she is crawling and now drinking out of a sippy cup. Where or where has the time gone!

Chocolate Sprinkled Donuts!

Oh how Addison Grace loves Chocolate Sprinkled Donuts!!! Once a week we have donut day at the house. It is always a big hit. However, cleaning Addison afterwards is such a chore! Here are pictures from our recent donut day!

Please note Addison's outfit. She loves to go with Jason to get donuts on donut day and put on her dress shoes and necklace to join him. Of course she still had on her pajamas. What a sight!

Then and Now

While going through the adoption process with Isaiah I was addicted to our agency's ezboard account. I could communicate with other moms who were going through the adoption process and understand everything I was feeling. One of my favorite threads was called Then and Now. The Then and Now thread was a collection of our Guatemalan cuties referral pictures and then a picture of them at the current time. So, I've decided to do my own Then and Now thread! It is amazing how much the kids have changed!

Isaiah at 4 months at the Guatemalan Westin.

Isaiah now at 3 years. He loves his UT clothes!

Addison Grace at 5 months. I'm not sure why the picture is so little, but you can still see how precious she was!

Addison Grace now (22 months)

Katelyn Danielle at 2 months!

Katelyn now with her daddy!

It is amazing how quickly children change. I can't wait to see how much they change in the next couple of months! Oh wait, maybe I can, because in the next couple of months my kids will be 3, 2 and 1!

Until Later,

Merry (late) Christmas and Happy New Year!

It is hard to believe that 2009 is here! We had an incredible Christmas with the kids. Jason and I were both off for two weeks. I meant to blog the whole time, but the laptop died and we had to get a new one. Okay excuses, excuses, I know. But the most important excuse is that when the kids went to bed Jason and I caught up on the many shows that we had missed (Greek, our favorite!, CSI, The Mentalist, etc.). We really never have time to watch our favorite shows so we DVR them and watch them when we get a chance. The past two weeks really flew by. Here are some of our favorite pictures (taken from our new camera!):

Isaiah enjoying his new guitar! It's amazing how much he has grown. The kids all have Christmas pajamas on. It's Christmas tradition at Gramma and Papaw's house on Christmas Eve.

Addison Grace opening one of her many presents on Christmas Eve. She absoultely hates to get her picture taken and will not even look at the camera.

Katelyn really wasn't sure what to do with all of her presents. Her favorite part of Christmas was eating the gift bag tags and the tissue paper. You may be wondering what that brown box is behind Katelyn. It is my brother's way of wrapping presents. He orders them online, opens them to take the receipt out, leaves all the little peanuts in them and then tapes it back up!

Isaiah playing at the Frank Buck Zoo. The Frank Buck Zoo is a small little zoo in Gainsville. We absolutely love it because it isn't expensive, is not very crowed and you can get so close to the animals.

Addison enjoying playing at the mall play area. She has the craziest, wildest hair. If you have any ideas on how to tame it, please let me know. I am open to suggestions.

Katelyn and her big blue eyes enjoying spending time with family.

Hope you all had a wonderful Holiday season and that 2009 brings you memories that you will always cherish!
